I have a theory concerning the hauntings of Shelley at Sheahan Hall. I believe that she is haunting Sheahan for a reason. I think that she wants people to know about her story and what happened to her.

As I began to research her backstory, it turned out that her and I had many things in common. We both went to Mahopac High School and she lived less than five minutes from my house.

So, due to the fact that we have so much in common, I believe that it was fate that put me in Sheahan Hall as a Resident Assistant during the 2001-2002 school year. I think that it was my duty to let the college population know the truth about what happened to her and to give them the actual facts concerning her death.

I believe that now the truth is known, she will stop haunting Sheahan Hall. I think that she is a spirit in limbo and that this will help send her to heaven.
